About RVTally

There's no shortage of great RV content out there — trip diaries, route guides, gear recommendations. Most blogs and YouTube channels that cover the RV lifestyle do it well. What's harder to find is the content that comes before all of that: which platform to book on, which vehicle class actually fits your trip, and how to read a listing so you know what you're actually committing to.

That gap is where RVTally lives. The reader we're writing for is planning their first trip — comparing platforms, figuring out which vehicle class fits their group, and trying to build an accurate budget before they book. Decision-first, not experience-first.

I spotted that gap, and since I find the travel and planning side of this genuinely interesting, it seemed worth building properly. RVTally starts as a research project — if at some point the research turns into a trip, that'll be worth writing about too.

Every article has one job: remove the decision the reader is most likely to get wrong, before they commit to something expensive and hard to reverse.
